Marbella Second Home was founded by Katty Devoldere and Gino Michels and is supported by a close partnership with Jan Smit. From our permanent base in Estepona, we assist clients in purchasing exclusive properties on the Costa del Sol, using an approach centered on trust, local knowledge, and personal commitment.

Katty and Gino have been living and working in southern Spain for years and closely monitor the real estate market on a daily basis. They know the region, the developers, the legal structures, and the differences between projects that may seem similar at first glance. It is precisely this local presence that enables them to identify opportunities early on and avoid risks.

Jan Smit is neither an ambassador nor a figurehead, but an active partner at Marbella Second Home. Drawing on his own experience with Spain and real estate, he shares the same vision regarding investment, quality, and long-term value.
