Contract, Notary, and Closing

Once legal approval has been obtained, we guide you through the process leading up to the signing at the notary’s office. We ensure that all steps are clearly explained, including costs, deadlines, and obligations. For new construction projects, we also guide you through the process until completion.

Aftercare and support
